The exhibition by artist couple Inka Hannula & Teemu Raudaskoski was a splash of color and joy in the fall of 2024. From the exhibition, we were able to sell the work below, Hambo. The name means an old Swedish folk dance.
The work series Everything Will Be Fine – Pictures of Vaasa by Tampere-based Tuomo Rosenlund was created as a commission for the From Line to Space exhibition at the Kuntsi Museum of Modern Art and consists of documentary drawings that depict the cityscapes of Vaasa from the year 2023. Some of the works depict a time that has already passed, places that no longer exist.
Rosenlund's working method is fast, direct and honest: he stops, looks and draws. The end results are visually precise and the places are recognizable, but the tattoo artist also takes liberties – do you recognize him?
The works are for sale and can be viewed at Makers' Gallery upon request. There are several sizes available, from small to medium-sized works, all in high-quality frames.
